TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRING A CAR .

CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

• During the self-drive the vehicle will be at your sole risk from the date and time of delivery of the vehicle until the vehicle is returned to ranger car office.
• It’s important to undertake and return the vehicle in the same condition that you received it, fair wear and tear excepted.
• When you or any person nominated by you return the vehicle to Range land office, you will;
• Park the vehicle in ranger car rental reserved parking.
• Ensure that the vehicle is properly locked and secure.
• Handover the keys of the car hired to an authorized representative of Ranger car
• Leave the keys in a drop safe provided at the offices of range land when the offices are not open for business especially from Monday -Friday.
• The sole risk of loss or damage to the vehicle will remain vested in you.
• You are not permitted to carry out any repairs, including replacing any tyres, on the car
• In case of any accident or damage the car you be required to pay.
• The car hired must be driven by the renter or authorized driver not other person.
• The company can break the contract at any time if it is proved that, the if  renter is not keeping the vehicle in good condition such as careless driving and other intentional damage.

SECURITY AND INSURANCE.

• Insurance cover does not include the personal consequences/damages occurred to the renter. Personal Insurance Policy can be issued to the Insurance company or Agents if the need arises. Personal Insurance, Medical Insurance or Travelers Insurance, or Any other kind of Insurance not included with the Vehicle rented.

The renter is responsible for the security of the vehicle. It’s YOUR responsibility to make sure the car is parked safely in hotels car parks under watchmen during the night. Good enough  the Uganda Wildlife Authority provides security everyone in the park or next to the park.
