A 5  days  Murchsion Falls National Park and Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary Safari

Day 1:Drive Murchsion national park

On this day you pick up the car from our offices in Lubowa zana then start your drive  about  4-5 hours to Murchison Falls National Park. The journey will take you for En-route lunch in Masindi or kabalega. Proceed and enter the park with a visit to the top of the falls where you can see the Nile’s beauty perfected! Marvel at the Nile, compressing from 50 meters to squeeze through a 6-meter canyon dropping 40 meters with a thunderous roar. Have a game drive as you drive to the lodge where you will overnight.

Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 : Game drive – Boat cruise

After breakfast then go for  your early morning game drive in the northern part of Murchison Falls National Park  commonly known as Paraa  which a home  to animals  such as  lions, buffaloes, elephants, several antelopes, leopards and so much more. Later drive  back to the lodge  for lunch and then prepare for boat cruise at bottom of the falls. During boat cruise see  to see lots of Buffaloes, elephants, crocodiles, many water birds as you cruise up stream to the base of the falls where water squeezes itself . Return to the lodge for overnight.

Day 3: Delta  Cruise and afternoon game drive

Early morning depart from the lodge have your packed lunch with you . Not forgetting the several bird species that can as well be spotted while on the boat. You will in the afternoon have a game drive as you head to the lodge for relaxation and overnight

Day 4 :Chimpanzee Tracking –Zziwa Rhino Tracking

After an early morning breakfast then drive to budongo forest the head offices where you will be briefed on how the tracking is done. Where you find the local Uganda Authority guides  and your advised to carry  things like bottled water,snacks  .The chimpanzee experience takes 1 hrs ; see birds like Little Crake, Yellow-billed Barbet, Chestnut-capped Flycatcher, African Paradise Flycatcher, Chin-spot Batis, Grey-backed Camaroptera, Lemon-bellied Crombec, African Moustached Warbler, Green-backed Eremomela, Yellow-throated Greenbul, African Citril, African Golden-breasted Bunting.Budongo Forest. After you will go back to your lodge where you will be served lunch and relax a little after your amazing chimpanzee trekking. After you have had your lunch .Later have dinner and overnight.

Day 5:Rhino tracking – Departure

After breakfast, you will track Rhinos at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, tracking both white and black Rhinos at the sanctuary. Rhinos were poached to extinction during the 1970’s but the government and other non-government organization are trying to restore them back. From Ziwa Rhino sanctuary drive back to Kampala or Entebbe international Airport for your departure flight out.
